Balanced Three is developed and operated by Tiabbas LLC.

Tiabbas LLC respects your privacy. Balanced Three is designed to keep your wellness information private and primarily on your device. The app does not require you to create an account, and Tiabbas LLC does not operate a backend wellness database that automatically receives or stores your workout, meditation, meal, or related wellness information.

Information Stored on Your Device

Balanced Three stores information locally on your device so the app can provide its features. Depending on how you use the app, this may include:

• workout history and exercise set logs;
• workout duration, exercise performance, notes, and progression information;
• meditation history and preferences;
• meal-alignment check-ins and optional text you enter about what “aligned” means to you;
• body-weight values you choose to enter;
• training program settings and exercise preferences;
• notification preferences;
• active workout or session state;
• safety acknowledgements;
• app settings and feature preferences.

This information is stored locally within the app’s device storage. Balanced Three does not automatically transmit this wellness information to Tiabbas LLC or to a Tiabbas-operated server. 

Accounts

Balanced Three does not currently require or provide user accounts, usernames, passwords, or cloud profiles.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Balanced Three does not currently include:

• advertising;
• third-party analytics;
• behavioral tracking;
• attribution services; or
• third-party crash-reporting services.

Balanced Three does not sell personal information.

The app does not currently track users across apps or websites for advertising purposes. 

Health and Device Permissions

Balanced Three does not currently access:

• Apple HealthKit;
• device location;
• camera;
• microphone;
• photo library;
• contacts;
• Bluetooth; or
• motion or activity sensors.

Any heart-rate, body-weight, talk-test, or similar wellness information shown in the app is entered manually by the user or stored locally as part of workout records. Balanced Three does not currently obtain this information from HealthKit or device sensors.  Balanced Three does not currently obtain this information from HealthKit or device sensors. 

Notifications

Balanced Three may schedule local notifications on your device if you choose to enable reminders.

These reminders are created and managed locally using Apple’s notification system. Balanced Three does not currently use remote push notifications for its reminder features, and Tiabbas LLC does not receive information about notification deliveries, dismissals, or interactions through the app.

You can control notification permission through your device settings. 

Live Activities

Balanced Three may use Apple Live Activities for certain workout timers, including Zone 2 sessions.

Live Activity information is generated and maintained locally on your device. Balanced Three does not send Live Activity state to a Tiabbas-operated server. 

Audio

Balanced Three does not record, upload, or transmit user audio.

The app may play bundled audio files and may use on-device speech-synthesis features provided by the operating system. 

Encrypted Backups

Balanced Three allows you to create an optional encrypted backup of supported app data.

Backups are created and encrypted on your device using password-based encryption. Your backup password is not stored by Balanced Three and cannot be recovered by Tiabbas LLC.

Balanced Three does not automatically upload these backups to Tiabbas LLC.

If you choose to save or share an encrypted backup using the iOS share sheet, the backup file may be copied to a destination you select, such as Files, iCloud Drive, Mail, or another application. Those destinations are controlled by you and may have their own privacy practices.

Backup files saved outside Balanced Three may remain available even if you later delete the app. 

Apple Device Backups

Balanced Three does not currently exclude its local app data from Apple device-backup features.

Depending on your Apple settings and Apple’s backup behavior, app data may be included in an iPhone, iCloud, computer, or device-transfer backup.

Tiabbas LLC does not control Apple’s backup systems or the privacy practices of Apple services. 

Sharing Information Through Other Services

Balanced Three does not automatically send wellness information to Tiabbas LLC or third-party wellness databases.

However, if you choose to export, save, or share a backup or other file using services such as iCloud Drive, Mail, Files, or another application, the information you choose to share will be handled according to the privacy practices of the service or destination you select.

Third-Party Software

Balanced Three uses third-party software libraries to support functions such as:

• local data storage;
• encrypted backups;
• file selection;
• local notifications;
• timezone handling;
• audio playback;
• speech synthesis; and
• user-initiated file sharing.

These components are not currently configured to automatically send Balanced Three wellness information to a Tiabbas-operated backend. 

Deleting Your Data

Balanced Three provides local data-management options that may include:

• Clear Today’s Entries
• Clear All History
• Delete Current Plan
• Delete All App Data

Using Delete All App Data clears the app’s tracked local data and returns the app to onboarding. It also cancels local reminders.

Files that you previously exported or saved outside Balanced Three are not deleted by this action.

Deleting Balanced Three from your device removes the app’s local sandbox data from that device. Copies may still remain in separately saved backup files or in Apple device or iCloud backups, depending on your Apple settings. 

Data Retention

Balanced Three does not currently maintain a Tiabbas-operated server database of your wellness information.

Local information remains on your device until you delete or overwrite it, clear applicable history, use the app’s data-deletion tools, or remove the app from your device.

Separately exported backups remain wherever you choose to save them until you delete them from that destination.

Security

Balanced Three is designed to minimize the amount of information transmitted outside your device.

Optional Balanced Three backup files are encrypted on your device before sharing or saving. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but Balanced Three is designed to limit unnecessary collection and transmission of personal information. 

Children’s Privacy

Balanced Three is not specifically designed for children and does not currently provide child-specific accounts, parental controls, or an age-gated child mode.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Balanced Three may offer subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store. Subscription purchases and billing are processed by Apple using the Apple Account associated with your device. Tiabbas LLC does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.

When subscriptions are available, Balanced Three may receive information from Apple necessary to determine the status of your purchase or subscription and provide access to paid features. Apple’s handling of payment and account information is governed by Apple’s own privacy practices.

Balanced Three does not require you to create a separate Tiabbas or Balanced Three account to purchase a subscription.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Tiabbas LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Balanced Three, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

When this policy is updated, the effective date at the top of this page will be revised.
